How to Request Data Deletion

ReloAI Genius respects your right to control your data. You can request deletion of your data at any time.

 

What Data Can Be Deleted

We can delete:

  • Your account information (email, company details)

  • Social media access tokens and credentials

  • Content drafts and publishing history

  • Media files you've uploaded

  • Reports and analytics data

  • All ReloAI Genius app data

 

What Happens to Published Content

Important: Content that has already been published to your social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube) will remain on those platforms. We cannot delete content from your social media accounts after publication.

If you want to remove published content, you must:

  1. Log into each social media platform directly

  2. Delete the posts manually from your accounts

We can only delete the publishing records and drafts stored in ReloAI Genius.

 

How to Request Deletion

 

Option 1: Self-Service (Recommended)

If you have access to your ReloAI Genius account:

  1. Log into your account at app.reloai.net

  2. Go to Settings → Account

  3. Click "Disconnect All Platforms" to remove social media connections

  4. Click "Delete My Account"

  5. Confirm deletion

Your data will be deleted immediately.

 

Option 2: Email Request

If you cannot access your account:

Email: leverage@reloai.net
Subject: Data Deletion Request

Include the following information:

  • Your registered email address

  • Company name

  • Confirmation that you want all data deleted

 

Deletion Timeline

  • Self-service deletions are processed immediately

  • Email requests are processed within 30 days

  • You will receive email confirmation when deletion is complete

 

What We Keep for Legal Compliance

Even after deletion, we may retain certain information for legal and financial purposes:

  • Payment transaction records - Required for tax/accounting compliance (retained for 7 years)

  • Support ticket history - For dispute resolution purposes

  • Aggregated anonymous usage statistics - No personal identifiers included

We do not retain:

  • Social media access tokens or credentials

  • Personal account information

  • Content drafts or media files

 

Backup Data

Our database backups are retained for 90 days for disaster recovery purposes. Your data will be fully removed from all backups within 90 days of your deletion request.
